Fizzy Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail

First of all, I would like to say that I am so happy to finally be posting again! I was out of town for 2 weeks then really busy when I got back to real life. So, here I am, posting a cocktail recipe in the middle of the day on a Tuesday- just as it should be.

This cocktail is, to me, the ideal Summer BBQ drink! Fresh, easy, not too strong, and oh-so-yummy! Seriously, this can be whipped up in like 5 minutes or less and people will be like "Dang! YUM! Give me more"
The cool thing about a cocktail like this one is that you can totally leave out the liquor and it won't even seem like anything is missing. Although, I will say that this is probably as close to perfect as a Summer cocktail can get, you could easily swap out the raspberry lemonade for any other type of fruit juice and switch up the garnishes and it would be totally delicious.

I am in love with this drink and definitely recommend it for your next get together or the next time you feel like indulging in the middle of an afternoon- Like me! And just look how gorgeous it is!

Here is how to stir up this delicious brew!

Serves- 5 to 7         Prep Time- 5 minutes
Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups Raspberry Lemonade (frozen juice okay)
  • 1 Cup Vodka of Choice
  • 1 or 2 Sliced Lemons for garnish- Optional
  • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries for garnish (frozen)- Optional
  • 2 Cups Ice
  • Sprite or 7-Up
